It was okay value for the price. I remember opening it and feeling like, for what I spent, I couldn’t really complain. It didn’t blow me away or anything, but it did the job and felt fair enough for the cost.

They did reply to my message, so I appreciate that, but it took a little longer than I expected. I think other customers might feel the same way if they need quick help. Overall, the response was fine once they got back to me, just wish it had been a bit faster.

I’ve been using this filament and overall it’s been good. Prints come out smooth, which is the main thing I care about, though I did notice a little stringing here and there. Nothing too crazy, and maybe I could tweak my settings a bit, but yeah, for the most part it worked well. I’d probably buy it again.

So far, I’ve had a good experience with these spools. They were wound nice and evenly, and I didn’t run into any tangles while using them. To be fair, I haven’t tested every spool long-term yet, but the ones I’ve used have been clean and easy to work with.

The docs were decent and some of the guides definitely helped, but there were a few places where it felt like a step or two was missing, if that makes sense. I ended up having to search around a bit to fully understand what to do.

My order did show up correctly and everything was in okay condition, so I can’t really complain about that part. It just felt like the whole thing was handled in a really dismissive way, like I was just another order number and no one really cared much either way.

I picked up the Sunlu filament dryer because I was hoping it would finally sort out my wet PLA and PETG. It does heat up, and it looks decent enough sitting on the bench, but after leaving filament in there for hours, I’m still getting some popping during prints. Kind of frustrating when you’re already in that “please just work” mood. The temperature doesn’t feel very consistent either, and the lid feels a bit cheap to me. It helped a little, so it’s not useless, but it definitely didn’t do as much as I expected. Overall, I’m a little disappointed.

Found what I needed fast, checked out quick. No hassle...

I got this filament from sunlu.com, and the smell was way lower than I expected. I printed in my small room and it didn’t really stink everything up like some other filament I’ve tried. I mean, if I stand right next to the printer I can still smell a light plastic kind of smell, but since it wasn’t strong, I feel like that means it’s probably better overall. Happy with it so far.

I just checked the site recently and overall it was easy to use. The only bummer was that the colors I was looking for were sold out, which kind of stood out to me the most. I’d probably try again later, but based on my last visit, that was a little disappointing

It works fine for the most part. I did have one small clog at some point, maybe because of that thing I was using with it, but it wasn’t a big deal and I got it cleared easily.

I tried the Sunlu filament on my Ender 3 and my Bambu printer, it printed without any issues on either one. No weird jams, no fighting with settings, nothing dramatic. Kind of makes me wonder why some other filaments have given me such a hard time when this one just worked. Happy with it so far

Overall, these work fine, but I did notice the spools vary a bit from one to the next (not a huge deal, just something I picked up on). Some seemed wound a little more evenly than others, so your experience might depend on the spool you get. Still usable, just not perfectly consistent

The checkout process was fast and really easy to get through. To be fair, I’m only speaking to that part of the experience, but it went smoothly and didn’t give me any hassle

I went with my gut on this one and it turned out fine. The color matched my screen well, and I didn’t run into any issues.

My Sunlu order showed up without any dents or damage, which was a relief. The filament boxes were packed tight and everything looked clean inside, nothing loose, crushed, or messy. no complaints about the shipping at all. Since everything arrived exactly like it should, I’m hoping Sunlu maybe sends a little coupon or credit my way for the feedback.

and yeah, the filament did show up in the end, but the shipping took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t awful or anything, just a little slower than what I’m used to from other places.

The bags showed up sealed and looked fine, but one of the rolls still felt a little damp when I opened it. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just kinda dissapointed because I expected better moisture protection from SUNLU

I got tracking emails right after ordering and could pretty much see where my package was the whole time. I thought I’d still end up guessing or checking in with support, but no, actually, the updates were clear enough that I didn’t need to. It showed up when expected too, so overall I’m happy with how it all went

I tried to return an order from Sunlu they turned it into such a headache. Their support took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, they kept asking me for the same details I’d already sent. They told me the refund would come through, but I’m still waiting. At this point, I blame Sunlu for making a simple return feel like a chore. Definitely not worth the hassle, and I won’t be ordering from them again.
